Limited Warranty
Fangio Lighting warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Fangio Lighting will repair or replace at its option, at no charge to the purchaser, the product or any part of the product which is proven to the satisfaction fo Fangio Lighting. In the event of a defective lamp, the purchaser should return the product or part to Fangio Lighting with proof of purchase date.
Anodized, Aluminum and Powder Coat Finishes – All lamps manufactured in these finishes and materials are subject to the above limited warranty with an additional Five Year Warranty against Rust and Corrosion. This warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused or used for purposed other than those for which it was designed.
Fangio Lighting makes no warranty whatsoever for any incandescent, fluorescent or halogen bulbs supplied with or used with a Fangio Lighting product. These bulbs are not manufactured by Fangio Lighting.
Fangio Lighting shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its product.
