Fangio Lighting Policies

Terms:

Net 30 days on all invoiced orders.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser and are not included in the prices quoted. We will ship according to your request whenever possible. However, we retain the option to ship in what, in our opinion, is the best possible way.

Handling:

A handling charge of $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.00. This does not apply to partial shipments or backorders.

Claims:

All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed prior to acceptance by the carrier. Once accepted by the carrier the lamps become the property of the purchaser. It is now the carrier’s responsibility to carefully and safely deliver these lamps. All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the carrier.

UPS/FedEx Shipments – Notify local UPS/FedEx station of damages. An inspector will come to location and authorize pick-up and return and we will ship replacement at no charge.

Returns:

No merchandise may be returned for any reason without approval from Fangio Lighting within 30 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us ASAP. Fangio Lighting can be reached at (570) 383-1030 Eastern Standard Time or online by clicking here.
